Rush to Rochedale: SEQ’s most strategic development site up for grabs

BUYERS have a rare opportunity to purchase a zoned land holding located in Rochedale, one of Brisbane’s most affluent communities, as expressions of interests are sought for 345 Miles Platting Road, Rochedale.

The rapidly growing suburb is one of Brisbane’s 2018 star performers with a median house price of $954,000 as at August 2018.
