Receivers commence further release of Mission Beach property portfolio

Barry Kogan, Jonathan Henry, Anthony Connelly and William Harris of McGrathNicol as Receivers and Managers of Mainland Property Group’s have released to the market a further Tranche of properties from Mainland Property Group’s Mission Beach portfolio.

This release includes 14 properties available for sale, with seven existing dwellings and seven residential lots located throughout the Mission Beach region. Each property in the new release offers an opportunity to suit a broad range of potential purchasers looking to take advantage of Mission Beach’s tropical location.

The marketing agents Dick Williams of Ray White Mission Beach and Susie England of Tropical Property have successfully managed the previous two releases in late 2020 and early 2021.

The latest offering provides an opportunity for buyers to acquire one or a multiple of the 14 properties up for grabs. The third release of the properties is set to be met with high demand given interest in the region.

“The level of interest from the market to date has been fantastic with strong competition for the properties offered for sale in the region” Mr Williams said. The properties have been bought by a cross section of groups including owner occupiers and investors based both locally and from interstate.

“Particularly since the onset of Covid-19, people are wanting to relocate to regional, coastal areas and buy their own slice of paradise,”

This ongoing sea change phenomenon is anticipated to see the region become a strong part of the North Queensland lifestyle market.

“The 14 properties that are now being released are all designed to cater for a wide range of budgets, and we are looking forward to meeting our next lot of owners,” he said.
