Pottsville school site hits the market

EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for a substantial development parcel with the potential for a school site in the northern NSW coastal village of Pottsville.

The asset sitting at Lot 1747 Seabreeze Boulevard is on a prime 6.27ha* site, and is just 2.5km* to Pottsville Village and beachfront, and is designated ‘Potential School Site’ in the Tweed Shire Council DCP.

The asset is being marketed by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams.

Mr Creevey said Seabreeze Estate was at the picturesque seaside village of Pottsville, within the Tweed Local Government Area.

“Pottsville is just 35km* south of the Queensland border and only 40km* north of ever-popular Byron Bay,” Mr Creevey said.

“Home to beautiful beaches and pristine estuaries, Pottsville is increasingly popular with families seeking a sea-change lifestyle, but within a commutable distance to a major metropolitan area.”

Mr Williams said the site was cleared, generally flat and serviced, and was in the Seabreeze Residential Estate.

“One of the best qualities of Pottsville is its ability to retain its charming village atmosphere without compromising on important amenities, an aspect that many people look for when moving from the hustle and bustle of city life,” he said.

“And when it comes to its connectivity, Pottsville is only a five-minute drive from the national M1 Motorway. That opens up Brisbane that’s just a 90-minute* drive away and Gold Coast and International Airport that’s 40 minutes* away.”
