Expressions of interest for Aspley development site

EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for a 2,694sq m development site at 6 Bundella Street, Aspley, just 16km* north of Brisbane’s CBD.

The asset, zoned ‘Low Density Residential Zone’ under the Brisbane City Plan 2014, has a development permit (ROL) for a six-lot residential subdivision.

The site is being jointly marketed by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams

Mr Creevey said the approvals already in place, the lot characteristics and its elevated position makes this a particularly rare opportunity for potential buyers.

“The asset holds a development approval for a six-lot subdivision and the allotments include three lots with a land area of 440sq m* and three with 445sq m*, each with a 15-metre* frontage,” he said.
