Care facility in blue chip suburb provides secure returns

An investment opportunity in the rapidly growing care industry has come onto the market with the sale of Clayfield House.

Located at 8 London Road in the blue chip suburb of Clayfield, the property is currently on a 10-year leased by an accredited supported accommodation facility.

The facility has been in operation for over 30 years, and the current business, Clayfield House, has been the operator for the past nine years.

Ray White Special Projects QLD associate director Andrew Burke said the property would suit investors who want secure returns.

“You’ve got a very secure investment because of the 10 year lease to approved operator who is also supplying substantial guarantees,” Mr Burke said.

“The asset is safe but there is also capital gain potential with the underlying property in a blue chip location.

“The care industry is one of the fastest growing industries so it makes sense to invest in it.”

The property is being offered for sale by expressions of interest, closing November 23 at 4pm.
