Balance of Oakland Estate Beaudesert for Sale

Balance of Oakland Estate Beaudesert for Sale

A residential development site within Oakland Estate at Beaudesert, south-west of Brisbane, is being offered for sale by Ray White Special Projects Qld.

The approximately 51.9ha site at Lot 241 Oakland Way, Beaudesert, is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Ray White Special Project Qld Directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams.

Mark Creevey said the offering is for the outright sale or joint venture development of the balance of residential land within Oakland Estate.

“This site comes with the benefit of already complete infrastructure including sewer, water, stormwater detention basin, access, electrical and NBN connectivity,” he said.

“There are no further requirements for external development required. A school and service station are directly adjacent to the site along with a shopping centre currently under construction.”

Tony Williams said Beaudesert is ideally situated less than an hour from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast and the Scenic Rim region is set to benefit from several significant state government and private projects.

“These include the $27.5 million Beaudesert Bypass, the $30 million Bromelton SCT Terminal, which opened in January 2017, and the $220 million Kokoda Barracks improvement and upgrade.

“Along with the capital growth to the area being brought about by these developments, the Queensland Government’s Statistician’s Office has predicted a population increase of 20,280 people over the next decade.

“Beaudesert is the administration centre for the Scenic Rim Regional Council and is within one of the fastest growing areas in South East Queensland.”

Expressions of Interest close at 4pm (AEST) on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
