A 2.747 Ha* site adjoining the highly successful Trinity Green Estate, located 30km* south of the Brisbane CBD. The site was sold with a  Development Permit ROL for 47 residential lots with the lots ranging in size from 310m²* to 840m²* (avg 383m²*).

We received a strong level of interest in response to the opportunity with a total of 90 enquiries received. The majority of the interest was from small to medium sized residential builders and developers.

The location of the site was seen as the main point of attraction as it sits within a well established suburb close to major amenities and infrastructure.

A number of groups commented on the approved lot sizes as being less than what has traditionally been delivered in the area. While there was uncertainty in relation to the potential retail prices there has been positive feedback about the anticipated demand for completed product in the area as there is very limited competing land in the immediate catchment.
