We received a strong level of interest in response to the opportunity with 95 enquiries received throughout the campaign.
The majority of interest came from small to medium sized residential builders. The site was previously developed with a service station and houses along Maundrell Tce prior to BCC resuming the land for road widening. Given the prominent location we also received strong interest from child care developers/operators and commercial developers for a range of uses including service station, retail and medical.
The site was sold post EOI to a private Sydney buyer with the intention of developing the site into residential units, townhouses and lots.
