May has started with a bang for Ray White Special Projects Queensland with the business notching up four deals in a single day.
The quartet of land development sites all were contracted unconditionally on May 1.
“There were four different buyers and four different sellers involved,” Mr Creevey says. “Our transactions are generally quite regular however four in one day does not occur very often.”
Mr Creevey and co-executive director Tony Williams sold a 250 lot residential subdivision in Mackay and a 3780sqm site in North Mackay.

“The sales demonstrate the diversity in our product type and the depth and coverage of our teams,” Mr Creevey says.
