Jamie Martin Joins Ray White as Land Marketing (Queensland) Director

Jamie Martin, who has been instrumental in the marketing and sales of an array of award winning land developments and master planned residential communities, has joined Ray White Commercial Queensland as Director, Ray White Land Marketing (Queensland).

Ray White Group Director and CEO Dan White said the appointment of Jamie Martin as the head of a land marketing division was a major development for the Ray White Commercial Group.

“Our commercial division has been significantly strengthened by the appointment of Jamie Martin, who has more than 15 years’ experience in land marketing, working for leading developers including Mirvac and FKP,” Dan White said.

“We are looking forward to Jamie’s contribution and his expertise should be invaluable in combination with Ray White Special Projects (Qld), which is already an industry leader in the marketing and sale of residential development sites.”

Ray White Commercial (Queensland) and Ray White Special Projects (Qld) Executive Director Mark Creevey said the establishment of a land marketing division in Queensland by Ray White would be welcomed by developers.

“Jamie Martin’s expertise includes direct land sales and establishing builder display villages to leading Australian home builders throughout South East Queensland and NSW,” Mark Creevey said.

“We are very much looking forward to working with Jamie and being able to offer additional services to developers with the aid of the Ray White Group’s extensive strategic resources such as home finance brokers Loan Market and our leading market research.”

Jamie Martin, whose major land marketing achievements include Mirvac’s Gainsborough Greens community on the Gold Coast and FKP’s Peregian Springs development on the Sunshine Coast, said he was excited by the opportunity with Ray White.

“I am looking forward to the challenge of building a land marketing division with Ray White,” he said.

“The new division will provide land developers with a fully integrated team of sales, marketing, finance and research professionals focusing on their new land estates.

“Already the feedback from developers has been overwhelmingly positive about our timing in the marketplace.

“We are continuing to see strong buyer demand for vacant land lots in South East Queensland and an increase in lot registrations across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands and the Sunshine Coast.”
